Walking-It can help us to live, long life

Everywhere, we hear and read, “Walking is the best exercise”. It is very true sentence. But natural, it is quite hard to wake up in early morning and do some exercise. When we are moving in garden or any river front, we can see number of person to walking and jogging. It is not a time passing, it’s a perfect decision to keep us healthy and make us an Enthusiasm person. We, the majority public is having a common habit that, when our doctor is asking for doing exercise , then only we are moving towards it.  Walking and jogging are both most healthy exercise and also not having more difficulties like, the heavy exercises of JIM. If we can do this, we can live long life healthy life without stress and disease. It is most important to have a walk in early in the morning and also in evening time. The person walking or jogging daily 45 minutes will never have any type of disease.

  • Reducing Wight: Walking can reduce our Wight, however we wants. If we are so fat or if we can know that, our fat is increasing, day by day, we have to walk. Only diet control is not enough.
  • Live Long Life: As per some survey of Japan, the person who is walking or jogging daily, one to two kilometers is having half risk of death other than common person. In old or in retirement age, it is compulsory to have walk daily for healthy and long life.
  • Risk of Cancer can reduce: By walking daily, we can protect for many types of cancer in our body. Even, who has already had Cancer, walking is a best medicine for them. As a American Scientist opinion, walking is also beneficial for the patient of cancer after the treatment of Chemotherapy. It can reduce the back effect of Chemotherapy.
  • Best for Digestive System: Walking is very good for our digestive system. For being hungry also it is good and after meal, to digest the taken food, it is good. As per doctor opinion, person has to walk minimum 100 steps after taken the food.
  • Reduce stress & Feeling good: Daily walking exercise can reduce our stress and also it can make us a good feeling person. By walking, Endorphin chemical is generated naturally in our body and it reduces our disappointment and depression of our mind. After reducing the stress, person can think over, to have long life.
  • Erectile dysfunction: After the age of 35, we are having so many stressful activities in our common life, because of income, family, and so many reasons and for that reason; it would be a trouble of sensory uplift in our body. By walking daily, it can also be reducing and it is a most important part of our happy married life.
  • Reduce Heart disease and Brain stroke risk: By walking, our blood circulation is being regular and blood vessels become smooth. So it is very good for heart related activities. It can reduce the risk of any type heart disease.
  • Beneficial for Diabetes: Walking daily is a most beneficial for diabetes patients. Fat and Diabetes are very much connected with each other. It is also proved that, fat person is having more chance to have diabetes. By walking daily 30 to 40 minutes, blood sugar can be in control.
  • Brain Power can become high: As per American research, it is proved that, one mile walking in 16 minutes and total of 45 minutes a day can empower the strength of our thinking style and brain can became more powerful. Brain is a most important part of body. So if we want to make powerful brain, we have to have walked daily.

So, these are the nine tips and reasons for why walking is necessary in our routine life. Actually, we all are aware for many of these reasons also, but our routine life is very busy and stressful, so we are not giving importance some time to the bifacial part of our life also.
